Terms of Use

1. What this is

IFSpotters is an unofficial fan project run by one person, for sharing screenshots taken inside the flight simulator Infinite Flight.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Infinite Flight or its developers. Please do not contact Infinite Flight about anything on this site.

2. Accounts

You need an account to upload. We ask for your Infinite Flight Community username when you sign up.

• ·Keep the information you register accurate
• ·Don't share your account with anyone
• ·Don't run multiple accounts to get around the daily upload limit

3. What you can upload

Only screenshots you took yourself inside Infinite Flight.

• ·No photographs of real aircraft
• ·No screenshots taken by someone else
• ·No images from other simulators or games
• ·The specific standards are set out in the guidelines

4. Who owns your photos

You keep the copyright in everything you upload. IFSpotters does not take ownership of your work.

To make the site work, uploading grants us the following permissions. They are free of charge, non-exclusive, and limited to what running the site requires.

• ·Store, display and generate thumbnails of the image on this site
• ·Include it in listings and search results
• ·Quote it when introducing the site, with your name credited

5. Removing your photos

You can delete anything you uploaded at any time. Deletion removes the image and its records permanently.

The permissions above end when you delete. We can't do anything about copies other people saved before that.

6. Moderation

Photos that break the guidelines or these terms may be taken down or deleted. Accounts may be suspended in serious cases.

When we remove something or suspend an account, we email the reason to your registered address. If you disagree, reply to that email.

7. Paid plan

Browsing and searching are free. The Pro plan raises your daily upload limit.

Payment is handled by Clerk and Stripe. You can cancel at any time from settings; you won't be billed again after cancelling. We don't refund time already elapsed.

8. Things you must not do

• ·Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• ·Impersonate someone else
• ·Interfere with the running of the site, including excessive automated access
• ·Bulk-collect data from the site without permission

9. No warranty

This site is run by one person and comes with no guarantee of uptime or data durability. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, data loss, or the site shutting down.

Please keep your own copy of any screenshot that matters to you.

10. Changes and shutdown

These terms may change. Significant changes will be announced on the site.

The site may shut down. If that happens, we will try to give notice in advance and leave time for you to retrieve your uploads.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be heard by the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
